Project inquiries
When you submit the inquiry form, Timelapse Creatives receives your name, email, property or brand name, selected service and message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss the project with you. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Website services
The website is designed to use Netlify for hosting, Supabase for content and inquiry storage, and Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated submissions. These providers process technical information needed to operate their services. Hosting and data locations depend on the studio’s deployment settings. Resend also processes enquiry details to deliver email notifications to the studio.
Cookies and media
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website traffic and page performance. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ for information about its processing. The public website does not include advertising pixels. The admin area uses authentication cookies. Video and image files are requested from the media addresses selected by the studio. Turnstile performs a security check when the inquiry form is loaded.
Your information
We use inquiry information for the conversation you requested. Access is restricted to authorised studio administrators. For questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact contact@timelapsecreatives.com.
Studio assistant
The curated guide and project planner run in your browser. If you choose Gemini AI, your question and up to six recent messages are sent through our server to Google Gemini to generate a response. Do not include personal or confidential information. We do not save chat transcripts in the studio database. Google processes requests under its Gemini API terms and the studio’s account configuration. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies AI requests to reduce abuse. A brief is only sent to the studio when you review and submit the enquiry form.
Private pitch links
A tailored pitch can be read by anyone with its link until the studio revokes it or it expires. Please avoid forwarding it beyond the intended recipients.
